Blæser Gembird FANPS computerkølesystem 8 cm sort

The Gembird FANPS Computer Cooling System 8 cm Black is a compact case fan with dimensions of 80 x 80 x 25 mm designed to provide steady airflow for desktop PCs and small enclosures. Its 80 mm diameter and black finish make it suitable for standard mounting positions in many computer cases, cooling brackets, or replacement fan slots. The fan is intended to improve internal air circulation, assisting heat dissipation from components such as CPU heatsinks, graphics cards, power supplies, and general case interiors.

Advantages

The fan's compact size allows installation in constrained spaces where larger fans will not fit, while its standard 80 mm diameter supports compatibility with many existing mounting points. The black colour provides a neutral appearance that integrates with most builds. Designed for continuous operation, the fan offers reliable airflow to help reduce component temperatures and contribute to system stability and longevity.

Suitable for

• Cooling small form-factor and standard desktop computer cases
• Replacing worn or noisy 80 mm case fans
• Supplementing airflow near hard drives, VRM areas, or chipset heatsinks
• Use in external enclosures, router housings, or DIY electronics projects requiring an 80 mm fan

Key specifications

• Type: axial case fan
• Fan diameter: 80 mm (nominal)
• Dimensions: 80 x 80 x 25 mm
• Colour: black
• Mounting: standard 80 mm screw mounting pattern

How to use

Install the fan into the intended fan slot or bracket using the standard screw holes that match the 80 mm mounting pattern. Ensure the airflow direction aligns with the desired intake or exhaust orientation; most fans indicate airflow direction on the frame. Connect the fan to a compatible power source on the motherboard or power supply using the appropriate connector, observing any polarity or voltage requirements. Secure cables to prevent contact with the blades and verify the fan spins freely before closing the case.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, position the fan to support a clear airflow path through the case, maintain a balanced intake and exhaust configuration, and periodically clean dust from the blades and frame. When replacing an existing fan, compare mounting pattern and connector type to ensure compatibility. If noise level is a concern, check fan speed control options on the motherboard or use a dedicated fan controller.
