How to use

Install the SecuFirm2™ mounting brackets onto the target socket following the supplied instructions for your specific Intel Xeon platform. Apply a small, even amount of the included NT-H1 thermal compound to the CPU heatspreader. Seat the heatsink onto the CPU and fasten it with the SecuFirm2™ screws to achieve correct contact pressure. Connect the NF-A9 PWM fan to the CPU fan header on the motherboard for automatic speed control. If lower noise is required, attach the supplied Low-Noise Adaptor to reduce the maximum fan speed. To increase cooling capacity, mount an optional second NF-A9 fan to the front fin stack using the included clips and connect both fans with the supplied y-cable to one header.
