Køletilbehør BitsPower BP-MBWP-C39 messing sort – komponent til computerkølesystem

BitsPower BP-MBWP-C39 brass black is a cooling accessory designed for custom PC liquid cooling systems. Manufactured from high-quality brass with a deep black electroplated finish, this part is intended for 90° G1/4" threaded applications within radiator, reservoir or fitting assemblies. The component combines a hi-flow passage design with a concealed O-ring arrangement to maintain reliable sealing while preserving a streamlined external appearance.

Advantages

The brass construction provides corrosion resistance and mechanical durability suitable for long-term use in water-cooling loops. The deep black E-plated surface offers enhanced wear resistance and a consistent aesthetic that matches black-themed builds. The hi-flow internal geometry reduces flow restriction compared with standard fittings, and the hiding O-ring design protects the seal from exposure and simplifies visual integration into tight assemblies. The part is manufactured to comply with RoHS requirements.

Suitable for

• Custom liquid cooling loops in desktop PC builds
• Integration with radiators and reservoirs using G1/4" ports
• Replacement or upgrade of angled fittings where a 90° orientation is needed
• Enthusiast builds that require coordinated black metal components

Key specifications

• Material: Brass
• Finish: Deep black electroplated (E-plated)
• Flow design: High-flow internal passage
• Thread type: 90° G1/4" threaded application
• Seal design: Concealed O-ring
• Compliance: RoHS

How to use

Install the fitting into a compatible G1/4" female port on a radiator, reservoir or other cooling component, ensuring the mating threads are clean and free of debris. Hand-start the thread to avoid cross-threading, then tighten to a secure fit using appropriate tools if necessary; avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to the threads or O-ring. Ensure the concealed O-ring seats properly to create a leak-free connection, and perform a pressure/flow test of the loop after assembly before full system operation.

Recommendations

Use compatible G1/4" threaded components and appropriate coolant compatible with brass and plated surfaces. During installation, inspect O-rings for damage and replace if needed. When assembling mixed-metal loops, consider corrosion inhibitors or premixed coolants formulated for multi-material compatibility to protect brass and plated finishes.
