Panelkit Dexlan 754530

The Dexlan 754530 panel kit is a 19" rack accessory designed to provide a neat, professional finish for server rooms, telecommunication cabinets and network enclosures. Housed in a durable black metal frame, the panel measures 483 mm wide and 45 mm high (1U), fitting standard 19" rack rails. Each pack contains a single panel that can be mounted to cover unused rack space or to serve as a blanking panel for improved airflow and cable management.

Advantages

The metal construction offers mechanical strength and a clean appearance while the black finish matches common rack equipment. Its 1U height and standard 19" width ensure compatibility with industry-standard racks. The panel helps conceal unused rack space, supports organized cable routing and contributes to better airflow control in rack systems.

How to use

Mount the panel in any standard 19" rack rail at the desired position using compatible rack screws (not supplied). Align the panel's mounting holes with the rack cage nuts or threaded rails and fasten securely. Use the panel to close open spaces, support cable routing along adjacent rack equipment, or create a uniform appearance across rack elevations.

Recommendations

For best results, install the panel in combination with proper cable management accessories and ensure screws are tightened to hold the panel firmly without over-torquing. Avoid exposing the panel to corrosive environments or excessive moisture to preserve the finish and structural integrity.
