Key specifications

• Maximum inlet pressure: 15 bar
• Compatibility: connects to standard air compressors of various brands
• Design: pistol-style spray gun with ergonomic grip
• Application type: suitable for paints, varnishes, primers and similar coatings
• Finish control: adjustable nozzle for a consistent spray pattern

How to use

Connect the spray gun to an air compressor using an appropriately rated air hose and fittings, ensuring all connections are secure and leak-free. Adjust the compressor output to a pressure not exceeding 15 bar and set the spray gun nozzle and flow controls according to the material being applied. Test the spray pattern on a scrap surface and fine-tune pressure and nozzle settings to achieve the desired atomization and coverage. Maintain a consistent distance and motion while spraying to ensure an even finish.

Recommendations

Use protective equipment such as masks, gloves and eye protection when spraying. Select filter and nozzle sizes suitable for the viscosity of the coating used, and thin materials as recommended by the coating manufacturer to prevent clogging. After use, clean the spray gun thoroughly following the coating manufacturer's guidance to preserve performance and extend service life.
