Strømforsyning Trendnet 54VDC0700

The Trendnet 54VDC0700 power adapter is an indoor AC-to-DC power supply designed to deliver stable 54 V DC output for compatible network equipment. It supports a wide input voltage range of 100–240 V AC, making it fit for use in different regions without additional converters. The adapter's compact housing (90 mm × 50 mm × 30 mm) and lightweight design allow easy placement near switches and other networking devices where space is limited. The supply delivers up to 37.8 W of output power and is supplied as a single unit in the package.

Advantages

The adapter provides a consistent DC voltage suitable for powering network switches and similar devices, with universal AC input for global compatibility. Its compact dimensions and low weight simplify installation in racks, on shelves or behind equipment. The black exterior blends with most networking hardware and minimizes visual impact. The device is intended for indoor environments, reducing exposure to weather-related risks and ensuring electrical safety when used according to specifications.

Suitable for

• Powering compatible network switches and PoE injectors requiring 54 V DC
• Indoor small office and home network setups
• Replacement of an original external power supply with matching voltage and wattage

How to use

Verify that the network device you intend to power requires a 54 V DC supply and that its power consumption does not exceed the adapter's 37.8 W rating. Connect the adapter to a compatible AC mains outlet within the 100–240 V range, then attach the DC output plug to the device's power input. Ensure connections are secure and that the adapter is placed in a well-ventilated indoor location away from direct heat sources and moisture. Do not attempt to open or modify the adapter; follow the manufacturer's safety instructions provided with the hardware you are powering.

Recommendations

Use this adapter only with devices that explicitly support a 54 V DC external supply and whose power requirement is within the adapter's output capability. For reliable operation, position the adapter where airflow is not obstructed, avoid prolonged exposure to elevated ambient temperatures, and inspect connectors periodically for signs of wear or damage.
