19 inch modulbærer Telegärtner J02023K0027

The Telegärtner 19" Module Carrier J02023K0027 contains 24 AMJ Module K Cat.6A T568A connectors in a 19" housing, designed for structured cabling and patch panel installations. The fully shielded AMJ modules and couplers provide high transmission performance and are manufactured with automated processes and in-process quality inspection. With compact dimensions and standardized cutouts, the carrier fits common central panels and 19" patch panel solutions, supporting reliable IDC termination for a range of solid and stranded conductors.

Advantages

Fully shielded AMJ modules K Cat.6+ and AMJ coupler K Cat.6 ensure improved transmission characteristics and an attractive price/performance ratio. Automated production including the Cat.6 core and IDC termination guarantees consistent quality, while in-process inspection adds further reliability. The design supports reliable IDC contact for solid conductors AWG24/1 to AWG22/1 and stranded conductors AWG26/7 to AWG24/7. Certified transmission performance with de-embedded reference connectors on both RJ45 and IDC sides confirms compliance with performance expectations.

Suitable for

• 19" patch panels and rack-mounted consolidation points
• Central distribution panels with standard module cutouts
• Structured cabling installations using Cat.6A/Class E A components
• Connections requiring IDC termination for AWG24 to AWG27 conductors

How to use

Install the module carrier into a standard 19" rack or panel cutout using the mounting points. Terminate horizontal or patch cabling to the AMJ modules following the T568A wiring scheme as indicated (AMJ Module K Cat.6A T568A). Use the IDC termination to press solid or stranded conductors into the contacts, ensuring correct conductor alignment and full insertion for reliable contact. After termination, verify connections and patch as required to create consolidation points or patch panel links.

Recommendations

Use compatible shielded RJ45 patch cables and maintain proper cable management and grounding to preserve the shielding effectiveness. Verify conductor type (solid vs. stranded) before termination and follow installation guidelines for Cat.6A/Class E A to ensure certified performance.
