ACT strømkabel C14 - C5 sort 3 m

The ACT Powercord C14 - C5 3m is a black mains power cable designed to link equipment with a C5 inlet to a supply source featuring a C14 outlet. With a 3 meter length, the cable provides added reach for flexible device placement in home, office or server-room environments. It supports an input voltage of 250 V and a rated input current of 2.5 A to deliver stable power to compatible devices and accessories.

Advantages

The cable combines a common C14 coupler with a C5 coupler in a single, continuous lead, allowing reliable connection between a power distribution unit or mains socket with a C14 outlet and devices that accept a C5 plug. Its 3 m length reduces the need for extension adapters, while the black outer sheath offers discreet appearance and basic protection against mechanical wear. Rated for standard mains voltage and current, the cable is suitable for routine power delivery tasks where a compact, flexible cord is required.

Key specifications

How to use

Ensure power is switched off at the outlet or PDU before connecting the cable. Insert the C14 coupler into the power source or distribution unit and the C5 coupler into the device's inlet until both ends are fully seated. Verify the connection is secure and clear of strain or sharp bends. After connections are made, switch power on and confirm the device receives power. For disconnection, switch off power first, then remove the cable by gripping the couplers rather than pulling the cord.

Recommendations

Use the cable indoors in dry environments and avoid running it through high-traffic areas without appropriate cable management. Do not exceed the rated voltage and current. If the cable shows visible damage to the sheath or connectors, replace it to maintain safe operation.
