Bilantenne Albrecht 27358 sort

The Albrecht 27358 Black car antenna by Midland is designed to improve radio reception in a wide range of vehicles. Its compact, black exterior and robust construction provide consistent signal pickup for AM/FM radios while blending with most vehicle exteriors. The antenna is engineered for durability and ease of installation, delivering steady performance for everyday driving conditions.

Advantages

This antenna offers dependable reception for terrestrial radio bands with a streamlined black finish that resists corrosion and weathering. Its construction balances flexibility and rigidity to withstand vibration and wind exposure without compromising signal quality. The product is compatible with standard antenna mounts and requires minimal tools or modifications for installation, enabling quick replacement or upgrade of factory equipment.

Suitable for

• Passenger cars and light commercial vehicles needing improved AM/FM reception
• Replacement of worn or damaged factory antenna
• Upgrading older vehicles to a more durable external antenna solution
• Drivers who require a low-profile, weather-resistant antenna

Key specifications

• Color: black
• Design: fixed external car antenna
• Frequency coverage: AM/FM bands (terrestrial radio)
• Materials: weather-resistant composite and metal elements for signal conduction
• Mount compatibility: standard external antenna mounts
• Dimensions: compact form factor suitable for most vehicle rooftops or fenders

How to use

Mount the antenna on a compatible external antenna base or replace the existing mast by unscrewing the old unit and securing the Albrecht 27358 in its place. Ensure the mounting surface is clean and the connection is tightened to provide a good electrical contact. Route any coaxial cable as required to avoid sharp bends or pinching, and test radio reception after installation to confirm improved signal strength. If necessary, adjust the mounting angle or recheck connections to optimize performance.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, periodically inspect the antenna and mounting hardware for corrosion or looseness, especially after exposure to harsh weather. Use appropriate sealant on the mounting base if installed in areas prone to water ingress. If reception issues persist, verify the radio tuner and cable integrity before replacing components.
