How to use

Insert A4 sheets directly into the folder by sliding them into the open side; ensure edges align with the folder corners to avoid creasing. Use the folder as a cover for loose stacks or for single documents that require protection. When transporting, place the folder flat in a bag or briefcase to minimize bending. For filing or shelving, store the folder upright or stacked horizontally depending on available storage space and access frequency.

Recommendations

For prolonged document protection, avoid exposure to direct sunlight and store the folder in a dry environment. Combine folders of different colors to create a simple color-coded system for projects, departments or subjects. Clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth if necessary; do not use abrasive cleaners.
