AUDAC COM24MK2 lydforstærker 240W Class D sort

The AUDAC COM24MK2 audio amplifier 240W Class D Black is a compact mixing amplifier designed for small to medium commercial sound systems. It provides 240 W output per channel in Class D efficiency with XLR and RCA connectivity, low total harmonic distortion (0.5%) and integrated protection against overheating, overload and short circuits. The unit supports both 100 V constant-voltage speaker lines and 4 Ω low-impedance loads, and includes six input channels with individual level controls, four balanced microphone inputs with phantom power, priority inputs and a 5-zone speaker switcher for flexible system configuration.

Advantages

The amplifier offers energy-efficient Class D amplification that reduces heat generation and allows for compact installation. Multiple balanced microphone inputs with 15 V phantom power and selectable line/mic inputs enable connection of a wide range of sources from dynamic and condenser microphones to CD players and portable devices. Built-in protection circuits for thermal overload, short circuit and overcurrent increase operational reliability in demanding environments. Integrated master volume, 2-band tone control and a 5-segment VU output indicator simplify setup and monitoring, while included rack adapters allow both tabletop and 19" (2U) rack mounting.

Suitable for

• Background music and paging in retail, hospitality and office spaces
• Small-to-medium public address systems with 100 V or 4 Ω speaker arrays
• Meeting rooms and training areas requiring multiple microphone and line inputs
• Systems that need priority paging or integration with telecom and alarm systems

• Speaker outputs: 100 V constant-voltage and 4 Ω low-impedance support
• Inputs: six channels with individual level control; four balanced microphone inputs (XLR) with 15 V phantom power
• Additional inputs: two selectable stereo line (RCA) or microphone (6.3 mm jack) channels
• Protection: thermal, overload and short-circuit protection
• Controls: master volume, 2-band tone regulation, 5-zone speaker switcher
• Indicators: 5-segment VU output meter
• Physical: black finish, weight approximately 11 kg, tabletop or 19" (2U) rack mounting with included adapters

How to use

Place the amplifier on a stable surface or mount it in a 19" equipment rack using the supplied rack adapters. Connect microphones to the balanced XLR inputs and enable phantom power when using condenser microphones. Use the selectable RCA or 6.3 mm jack inputs for playback devices such as CD players, media players or computers. Configure priority inputs for paging or telecom integration and wire the priority mute contact if required for external alarm or fire systems. Adjust each channel level to achieve a balanced mix, set the master volume and fine-tune bass and treble with the 2-band tone control. Monitor output using the 5-segment VU meter and verify speaker zone selection with the integrated 5-zone switcher.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, allow adequate ventilation around the amplifier and avoid enclosing it in a completely sealed cabinet. Match speaker impedance and wiring to the selected output mode (100 V or 4 Ω) and verify cable quality for balanced microphone runs to minimize noise. When integrating with fire or alarm systems, follow local codes and use the priority mute contact according to the system specifications.
