Advantages

The tray’s 38 cm width balances cooking capacity and oven compatibility, allowing multiple items to be baked at once without overcrowding. The stone finish is engineered to promote uniform heat distribution and a non-reflective surface that helps achieve consistent baking results. Made for routine oven use, the tray is sturdy enough for regular household baking and simple to maintain, reducing cleaning time.

• Baking cookies and biscuits
• Preparing sheet cakes and pastries

• Reheating baked goods and family portions

Key specifications

• Overall width: 38 cm (suitable for standard oven racks)
• Surface finish: stone/matt texture for improved browning
• Intended use: oven baking and roasting
• Form factor: flat tray with low edges for easy loading and removal
• Care: easy-to-clean surface suitable for frequent use

How to use

Place the baking tray on the appropriate oven rack and preheat the oven to the temperature specified by your recipe. Arrange dough, batter or vegetables in a single layer to promote even cooking. Use oven mitts when inserting and removing the tray, and allow it to cool slightly before cleaning. For best results, avoid using metal utensils that could scratch the surface; use silicone or wooden tools instead.

Recommendations

Follow the oven manufacturer’s guidelines for maximum temperature limits and rack positioning. To preserve the stone finish, hand-wash or use a non-abrasive cleaning pad and avoid harsh detergents or metal scourers. For even longer life, avoid sudden temperature shocks such as placing a hot tray directly into cold water.
