BenQ WDC15+ Button Kit-bundle

The BenQ WDC15+ Button Kit Bundle is a purpose-built accessory set that extends the functionality of your BenQ InstaShow WDC15+ Wireless Presentation System. Unlike generic presentation dongles that rely on software installation or network configuration, this kit delivers true plug-and-play simplicity: connect the button to any HDMI-equipped laptop or desktop, press once, and present wirelessly with Full HD clarity. The bundle includes two identical buttons, making it ideal for meeting rooms where multiple presenters need to switch seamlessly without swapping cables or re-pairing devices.

Highlights

• Complete kit: two wireless presentation buttons for the BenQ InstaShow WDC15+ system.
• No software required: works with Windows, macOS, and Chrome OS devices via HDMI and USB.
• Full HD 1080p output at 30 fps with less than 100 ms latency for smooth presentations.
• Secure 5 GHz Wi-Fi (802.11ac) with AES 128-bit encryption and WPA2 authentication.
• Touchback control: use the source device's touchscreen or mouse to control the presentation from the display.
• Compact and durable: black/silver plastic housing, bus-powered via USB, no external power needed.

In daily use

Each button connects to a laptop or desktop via HDMI for video/audio and USB for power and touchback. When pressed, the button instantly transmits the screen to the InstaShow receiver connected to the room display. The second button allows a colleague to take over the presentation without interrupting the flow. The system operates on the 5 GHz band, avoiding interference from crowded 2.4 GHz networks, and maintains a stable connection up to 8 meters line-of-sight. The buttons are bus-powered, drawing only 5V/0.9A from the USB port, so no AC adapter is needed.
