Bevægelsessensor InLine Smart Home 40153

The InLine Smart Home motion detector is a ceiling-mounted Wi‑Fi sensor designed for integration into a 2.4 GHz smart home network. The device detects movement up to 6 meters and can trigger signals, scenarios or link with other smart devices via the Smart Life app. It is compact (46×46×60 mm) and battery-powered with low power consumption, suitable for automating lighting and alarm functions in residential installations.

Advantages

The InLine Motion Detector supports Wi‑Fi 802.11b/g/n (2.4 GHz) for direct integration into common smart home systems and can activate scenes and automatisms through the Smart Life app. Its detection range of up to 6 m and compact dimensions allow flexible ceiling installation. Battery operation with low standby current simplifies placement where wiring is impractical.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Automated lighting control in hallways, staircases and rooms
• Triggering alarm sirens or security scenes
• Linking with other smart devices to create automated scenarios
• Locations without easy access to power outlet wiring

How to use

Install the detector on the ceiling in the area to be monitored, ensuring the coverage area is unobstructed for reliable detection up to 6 meters. Add the device to your Wi‑Fi network and configure it in the Smart Life app to create scenes, link with other smart devices or set the alarm siren. Adjust placement and app settings as needed to optimise detection and avoid false triggers.

Recommendations

Place the sensor centrally on the ceiling for maximum coverage, keep the installation area free of large obstacles, and use the Smart Life app to test detection zones and tune sensitivity. Replace batteries before performance declines to maintain reliable operation.
