Bit-sæt Wiha BitBuddy TY 49 mm

The Wiha BitBuddy TY 49 mm set contains Torx and TY multitalented bits arranged in a compact holder with a strong magnet for single‑handed handling. Bits are lasered with profile sizes on their bases for quick identification. The set includes colour‑coated, fluorescent bits that are easy to find under UV light. A patented torsion zone in each bit provides compatibility with power tools and impact screwdrivers and extends service life compared with standard bits.

Advantages

The magnetic bit holder allows rapid positioning of bits in the tool and simple return to the holder with one hand. Lasered size markings on the bit bases and a pioneering bit arrangement make selecting the correct size straightforward. The TY multitalented bit fits both T‑shaped (Torx) and Y‑shaped screws. The torsion zone reduces breakage when used with power tools and impact drivers, offering significantly longer life than typical bits. Fluorescent coating improves visibility in low light and reduces loss.

Suitable for

• Assembly and disassembly of Torx and TY (T/Y) screws

How to use

Place the required bit into the magnetic holder and insert the holder into the screwdriver or power tool. Engage the bit with the screw head and apply steady axial pressure while turning. After use, return the bit to its slot in the BitBuddy holder; the magnetic base keeps bits secured and the lasered marking helps quick identification. When using power tools or impact screwdrivers, allow the torsion zone to absorb torque peaks to reduce stress on the bit.

Recommendations

Use the appropriate bit size for each screw to prevent cam‑out and fastener damage. Inspect bits periodically for wear and replace damaged bits to maintain safe operation. For best visibility in dark environments, use a UV light to locate fluorescent bits.
