Bit-sæt Wiha slimBit electric SB2831B502

The Wiha slimBit electric SB2831B502 set contains six precision insulated slimBits (T6, T7, T8, T9, T10, T15) designed for use with compatible electric screwdrivers. The slimTECHNOLOGY insulation produces blades up to 33% slimmer than conventional insulated bits, allowing access to low-lying screws and spring elements while providing protection for work on live parts up to 1,000 V AC. The bits are individually tested to IEC 60900 and are supplied in a compact bit box that keeps screw profiles clearly visible.

Advantages

Insulated slimBits with reduced blade diameter enable access to recessed screws that would be difficult to reach with standard bits. Each bit undergoes individual testing to the IEC 60900 standard for safe use on live parts up to 1,000 V AC. The compact storage box offers an organized view of the included profiles and protects the bits when not in use. The set is lightweight (approx. 135 g) and intended for electric screwdriver applications, providing precise fit and durable construction.

How to use

Select the appropriate Torx slimBit for the screw size and insert it into a compatible electric screwdriver or handle. Ensure the bit is fully seated in the tool before switching on. When working on electrical installations, follow safe work practices: de-energize circuits where possible, verify voltage where necessary, and use the insulated bits only as intended. For 6 mm slimBits, use them exclusively with speedE®, slimVario® or TorqueVario®-S electric tools as specified by the manufacturer.

Recommendations

Use the insulated slimBits only within their rated voltage and according to IEC 60900 testing conditions. Inspect bits for damage or wear before each use and store them in the supplied bit box to maintain insulation integrity and organization.
