Børstepanel Inter-Tech 88887356 sort Stål 19 inch 360mm

The Inter-Tech 88887356 brush panel is a rack accessory designed for 19" equipment cabinets. Constructed from black steel, the panel measures 360 mm in width and 10 mm in depth and provides a brush-sealed opening that helps route cables through rack panels while minimizing dust and airflow disruption. At approximately 210 g, the unit is lightweight and intended for simple installation in standard 19" rack spaces where a compact cable pass-through is required.

Advantages

The brush panel offers a durable steel construction with a slim profile that conserves rack depth. The integrated brush strips allow cables to pass while reducing visible clutter and preventing dust ingress. Its standardized 19" form factor ensures compatibility with most server and network cabinets, and the black finish provides a discreet appearance that blends with existing rack equipment.

Suitable for

• Cable management in 19" server and network racks
• Creating sealed pass-throughs for patch panels and switches
• Reducing dust entry and improving rack airflow control
• Data centers, server rooms, telecom closets, and home lab racks

Key specifications

• Rack compatibility: 19" mounting
• Material: steel with brush insert
• Finish: black
• Width: 360 mm
• Depth: 10 mm
• Weight: approx. 210 g

How to use

Install the brush panel into an available 19" rack slot by aligning the mounting holes with the rack’s mounting rails and securing it with appropriate screws or cage nuts. Route cables through the brush opening, allowing the bristles to conform around cable bundles to maintain a tidy appearance and limit airflow and dust transfer. For best results, avoid overfilling the brush aperture; distribute cables evenly to prevent excessive pressure on the bristles.

Recommendations

Use compatible rack mounting hardware and ensure the brush area is not obstructed by sharp edges. Periodically inspect the brush bristles for accumulated dust and gently clean with compressed air or a soft brush to maintain airflow control. Avoid exposing the panel to corrosive environments to preserve the black steel finish.
