Bosch 2 607 019 437 bor

The Bosch 2 607 019 437 drill bit set contains 19 HSS-TiN coated metal drill bits with diameters: 1 / 1.5 / 2 / 2.5 / 3 / 3.5 / 4 / 4.5 / 5 / 5.5 / 6 / 6.5 / 7 / 7.5 / 8 / 8.5 / 9 / 9.5 / 10 mm. These high-speed steel bits with titanium nitride (TiN) coating are designed for precise drilling in a range of metals and general workshop materials. The product is compatible with standard drill chucks and is suitable for use in both professional and DIY settings.

Advantages

The HSS-TiN coating increases bit surface hardness and reduces friction, extending tool life. A set of 19 sizes provides versatility for different hole diameters without the need for additional bits. The sharp cutting edges and consistent geometry help ensure clean holes and reduced wear during repeated use. Compatibility with standard chucks allows straightforward use with most drills.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes in steel and non-hardened metal sheets
• General workshop metalworking tasks
• Maintenance, repair and DIY projects requiring a range of hole sizes

How to use

Select the bit with the required diameter for the hole. Secure the bit in the drill chuck and tighten firmly. Use appropriate drilling speed and apply steady pressure; lower speeds are recommended for harder metals. For cleaner holes and longer tool life, mark the drilling point and consider a pilot hole for larger diameters. Use cutting fluid or lubricant when drilling metal to reduce heat and wear.

Recommendations

For best results when drilling metal, use suitable cutting lubricant, maintain correct speeds for each material, and replace bits that show excessive wear or damage to avoid poor hole quality and increased breakage risk.
