Bosch 2 607 019 451 hulsavssæt 5 stk.

The Bosch 2607019451 set contains five hole saws designed for efficient drilling in softwood and other types of wood. Each saw in the set is made to deliver clean, round cuts with minimal tear-out when used with a standard drill. The set is compatible with common drill chucks and is suitable for general woodworking tasks where precise circular holes are required.

Advantages

The hole saws are manufactured to provide consistent cutting performance and durability for repeated use in wood materials. Their tooth geometry and hardened cutting edges help maintain cutting quality over time while reducing the need for frequent sharpening. The set format offers a range of sizes to cover multiple hole diameters, reducing the need to switch tools during a project.

Suitable for

• Drilling clean circular holes in softwood and common woodworking materials
• Installing door hardware such as locks and handles when wooden doors are involved
• Creating openings for pipes, cables or fixtures in timber structures
• General DIY projects and small-scale carpentry tasks

Key specifications

• Material suitability: softwood and typical wood-based materials
• Set contents: five hole saws covering a range of hole diameters
• Compatibility: standard drill chucks and arbors for handheld drills
• Cut type: circular through-holes with tooth-cutting action
• Construction: hardened cutting edges for extended wear resistance

How to use

Attach the appropriate hole saw from the set to a compatible arbor and secure it in a drill chuck. Mark the center point of the intended hole and use a pilot bit or centering punch if available to prevent wandering. Start drilling at a low speed to establish the cut, then increase speed as appropriate for the material and saw size while maintaining steady pressure. Withdraw the saw periodically to clear wood chips and allow cooling. After cutting, remove the plug from the hole saw and inspect the workpiece for clean edges; perform light sanding if necessary.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and gloves, and ensure the workpiece is firmly clamped. For thicker or harder wood, use slower drilling speeds and avoid excessive force to prevent overheating or tooth damage. Keep the saws clean of resin and pitch buildup to preserve cutting performance.
