Bosch 2 608 900 100 bor hammerbor 1 stk.

EXPERT SDS plus-7X for Long Life Drilling Reinforced Concrete — a single-piece, full-carbide hammer drill bit designed for rotary hammers. The Full Carbide Head uses a 4-cutter geometry machined from one piece of carbide to resist impact and avoid jamming when encountering rebar, delivering extended service life compared with conventional two-cutter bits. The Bosch 2 608 900 100 (diameter 10 mm) is built for repeated drilling in concrete and reinforced concrete for fixings and installations.

Advantages

The full-carbide, one-piece head provides high impact resistance and reduces the risk of breakage when striking rebar. The four-cutter design prevents jamming and improves drilling stability, while the robust shank and precision manufacturing ensure consistent performance and long life under heavy use.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes in reinforced concrete for anchors and fixings
• Installing mechanical and electrical fixtures in construction
• Heavy-duty masonry work with rotary hammer drills (SDS plus)

How to use

Insert the Bosch EXPERT SDS plus-7X hammer drill bit into the SDS plus chuck of a compatible rotary hammer. Select the hammer-drilling mode and align the bit perpendicular to the work surface. Apply steady pressure while letting the tool do the work; avoid excessive lateral force. Withdraw the bit periodically to clear dust and debris for efficient cutting and to prevent overheating.

Recommendations

Use with SDS plus rotary hammers at the recommended speed and hammer action for concrete. Wear protective equipment (eye protection, gloves, hearing protection) and clear rebar-dense areas when possible. Replace the bit if excessive wear or chipping of the carbide head is visible.
