Bosch 2 608 900 112 bor hammerbor 1 stk.

The Bosch 2 608 900 112 (EXPERT SDS plus-7X) is a hammer drill bit designed for rotary hammers and engineered for drilling reinforced concrete and other hard materials. Featuring a full-carbide, single-piece head with a four-cutter geometry, this SDS plus shank bit minimizes jamming on rebar and resists breakage on impact. With a diameter of 12 mm, it is suitable for professional construction and renovation tasks that require reliable, long-life performance.

Advantages

The full-carbide head and four-cutter design reduce the chance of the bit catching on rebar and improve impact resistance compared with conventional two-cutter bits. The single-piece construction increases durability and service life under heavy use in concrete and reinforced concrete. The SDS plus shank ensures secure fit and fast changes in compatible rotary hammer drills.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes in reinforced concrete for anchors and fixings
• Concrete drilling during construction and renovation
• Professional trade work where long-life drill bits are required

Key specifications

• Manufacturer: Bosch
• Model / MPN: 2 608 900 112 (2608900112)
• EAN: 4059952531854
• Type: Hammer drill bit for SDS plus rotary hammers
• Tip: Full-carbide, 4-cutter single-piece head
• Diameter: 12 mm

How to use

Insert the SDS plus shank into a compatible rotary hammer, ensuring it locks into place before starting. Use the hammer drilling mode for reinforced concrete; apply steady pressure without excessive force and allow the tool and bit to do the work. Clear dust from the hole periodically to maintain drilling progress. Replace the bit if any signs of severe wear or damage appear.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection) and follow the rotary hammer manufacturer's instructions. Match the drill speed and hammer setting to the material and hole diameter. For through-reinforcement drilling, proceed slowly and avoid twisting the bit when it contacts rebar.
