Bosch 2608601416 diamantsegmenter til tørboringskroner, 4-pak

For contractors and serious DIYers who rely on dry core drilling in concrete, masonry, or sand-lime brick, worn-out segments on a core bit can bring work to a halt. These Bosch diamond segments restore cutting performance without replacing the entire core bit. The pack contains four sintered diamond segments, each with a 24 mm length, 4 mm width, and 10 mm diamond layer height, designed for brazing onto dry core bits with diameters from 68 to 102 mm.

Key specifications

• Quantity per pack: 4 segments
• Segment length: 24 mm
• Segment width: 4 mm
• Segment height (diamond layer): 10 mm
• Compatible core bit diameter range: 68 - 102 mm
• Segment material: Industrial diamond, sintered matrix
• Application: Dry core drilling in concrete, masonry, sand-lime brick
• Attachment method: Brazing

Why choose it

These segments are built for fast drilling and long life in hard materials. The sintered diamond matrix provides consistent cutting action, and the dimensions match a wide range of common dry core bits. By replacing only the segments, you extend the service life of your core bit and reduce waste.

Ideal use cases

• Repairing worn dry core bits used in concrete drilling
• Maintaining core bits for electrical, plumbing, or HVAC installations
• Extending the life of core bits in masonry and sand-lime brick applications

Good to know

These segments require brazing for attachment and are intended for dry drilling only. Verify that your core bit diameter falls within the 68–102 mm range before ordering.
