Chieftec CF-1225RGB computerkølesystem computerkabinetventilator 12 cm sort

The Chieftec CF-1225RGB is a 120 mm computer case fan engineered to improve airflow and assist thermal management in desktop PCs. With a maximum rotational speed of 1200 RPM and a rated operating voltage range of 7–12 V, the fan balances cooling performance and low noise output. A black housing and RGB lighting make it suitable for both understated and visually coordinated builds.

Advantages

The fan delivers steady airflow at moderate speed, reducing system temperatures without generating excessive noise. Its 120 mm diameter provides broad air movement across components, while the RGB illumination offers customizable visual accents that integrate with existing lighting setups. The compact size and universal mounting pattern allow straightforward installation in most standard ATX and micro-ATX cases.

Key specifications

• Fan diameter: 120 mm
• Maximum speed: 1200 RPM
• Operating voltage range: 7–12 V
• Colour: black housing with RGB lighting
• Form factor: 120 mm case fan, standard mounting footprint

How to use

Install the fan into an available 120 mm mounting location in the PC case, aligning screw holes with the case bracket. Connect the fan power cable to a compatible fan header on the motherboard or to a dedicated fan controller, ensuring the voltage supplied is within the 7–12 V range. If RGB control is required, connect the lighting cable to the appropriate RGB header or controller following the motherboard or LED controller documentation. Position the fan for intake or exhaust according to your airflow plan and secure with screws to minimize vibration.

Recommendations

For balanced cooling, use the CF-1225RGB in combination with other fans to establish a clear airflow path (intake at the front/bottom, exhaust at the rear/top). Regularly clean the fan blades and surrounding filters to maintain airflow efficiency, and verify RGB connections are compatible with your controller before powering the system.
