Chokoladefontæne Tristar CF-1603

The CF-1603 Chocolate fountain is a stainless steel tabletop fountain with two tiers and a rotating spiral that pumps melted chocolate to create a continuous flowing cascade. It offers a keep-warm function and two adjustable settings, an indicator light and nonslip feet for stable placement. The fountain is supplied with an instruction manual and comes with a 24-month warranty.

Advantages

The CF-1603 is compact for easy storage and simple to operate: heat chocolate separately, add it to the fountain and switch it on. The rotating stainless steel spiral ensures even chocolate circulation and stable flow over the two layers. The keep-warm function maintains chocolate temperature for extended serving, while the nonslip feet and indicator light improve safety and usability.

How to use

Prepare the chocolate by melting it in a microwave or bain-marie, then pour the melted chocolate into the fountain basin. After use, switch off, allow components to cool, then clean according to the manual before storage.

Recommendations

Use appropriate chocolate or sauce viscosity for smooth flow; thinner chocolate or added vegetable oil may improve circulation. The fountain is suitable for sweet items such as fruit, cookies, pancakes, ice cream and waffles, and for some savoury sauces like cheese, barbecue or satay — ensure sauces are strain-free and of suitable consistency. Store the unit in a dry place when not in use and follow the instruction manual for cleaning and maintenance to preserve performance.
