Computerkølesystemdel BitsPower BP-MBWP-C33 messing sort — køletilbehør

BitsPower BP-MBWP-C33 brass black is a metal accessory component for custom liquid cooling systems. Machined from high-quality brass and finished with a deep black electroplating, this part is intended for use as a fitting, adapter or terminal element within PC water-cooling loops. The design emphasizes a high-flow profile and a concealed O-ring to reduce visible seals while maintaining a secure, leak-resistant connection; the material and plating provide corrosion resistance appropriate for many cooling loop configurations.

Advantages

The component combines a hi-flow internal profile with precision brass construction to deliver low hydraulic resistance and mechanical durability. The deep black electroplated finish offers improved surface protection against oxidation and a consistent aesthetic for black-themed builds. A hiding O-ring design reduces exposed rubber while preserving sealing performance, and RoHS compliance ensures the materials meet common environmental and safety standards for electronic assemblies.

Suitable for

• Custom PC water-cooling loops requiring brass fittings or metal adapters
• High-flow radiator and pump connections where reduced hydraulic resistance is desired
• Systems where a black finish is preferred for aesthetic integration
• Builds that need RoHS-compliant metal components

Key specifications

• Material: high-quality brass
• Surface finish: deep black electroplating (E-plated)
• Flow design: hi-flow internal profile to minimize pressure drop
• Seal design: concealed O-ring for reduced visible rubber and reliable sealing
• Compliance: RoHS compliant materials

How to use

Install the part into the cooling loop by seating the concealed O-ring against the mating surface and tightening according to the connection type used in the loop (threaded fitting, compression, or push-in, depending on the rest of the assembly). Ensure mating threads or contact faces are clean and free of debris before assembly. After installation, perform a pressure or leak test with the loop filled but powered off, observing the joint for any signs of seepage. If disassembly is required, carefully depressurize and drain the loop before removing the part to avoid fluid loss or contamination.

Recommendations

For long-term corrosion protection, flush the cooling loop with recommended coolant and change fluids according to the coolant manufacturer's schedule. Avoid mixing incompatible metals in the same loop without appropriate inhibitors, and inspect O-rings periodically for compression set or wear. When integrating into compact layouts, confirm clearances for the black-plated exterior to prevent abrasion of the finish during installation.
