Computerkølesystemdel BitsPower BP-WTP-C11J – messingfitting, nikkelsølv-finish

BitsPower BP-WTP-C11J is a brass fitting with a nickel-silver finish designed for custom liquid cooling loops in desktop computers. The component is shaped to provide a high-flow path for coolant while maintaining corrosion resistance and long-term mechanical stability. Its dimensions and concealed O-ring design make it suitable for secure connections with soft tubing of nominal 8 mm inner diameter and 11 mm outer diameter, supporting maintenance and upgrades in water-cooled systems.

Advantages

The fitting uses high-quality brass construction that resists corrosion and deformation under thermal cycling, and a nickel-silver finish that enhances surface hardness and appearance. The true high-flow internal geometry reduces flow restriction compared with basic connectors, while the hiding O-ring design improves sealing reliability and protects the seal from external contamination. The part is RoHS compliant and intended for repeated assembly and disassembly in custom cooling loops.

Suitable for

• Custom PC water-cooling loops using soft tubing (8 mm ID / 11 mm OD)
• Replacement or upgrade of metal fittings in liquid-cooled systems
• Maintenance tasks requiring durable, corrosion-resistant connections

Key specifications

• Material: brass body with nickel-silver surface finish
• Design: true high-flow internal channel
• Sealing: concealed O-ring for secure connections
• Tube compatibility: nominal inner diameter 8 mm, outer diameter 11 mm
• Durability: designed for repeated assembly and resistance to corrosion
• Compliance: RoHS compliant

How to use

Ensure tubing and mating components are clean and free of debris before assembly. Slide the soft tubing over the fitting to the recommended depth for an 8 mm ID / 11 mm OD tube until the concealed O-ring seats fully. Tighten any accompanying compression or locking collars according to the system requirements; avoid overtightening that could deform the tubing or damage the O-ring. When disassembling, gently loosen collars and pull the tubing straight off the fitting to prevent stretching or tearing.

Recommendations

Inspect O-rings periodically and replace them if hardened or damaged. For best results use tubing rated for your coolant temperature and compatible with brass fittings; when changing coolant types, flush the loop to prevent chemical incompatibilities. Avoid exposing the fitting to abrasive cleaners or prolonged contact with highly acidic or basic fluids.
