CPU-køler PCCOOLER S88 9 cm 2000 omdr./min

The PCCOOLER S88 9 cm 2000 RPM is an air CPU cooler designed for desktop processors. It features a 90 mm fan spinning up to 2000 RPM to provide focused airflow across the heatsink, reducing processor temperatures during everyday tasks and light to moderate workloads. The compact dimensions make this cooler suitable for small form-factor and standard ATX cases where clearance is limited and a moderate thermal solution is required.

Advantages

The cooler combines a 9 cm high-speed fan with an optimized fin array to deliver effective heat dissipation while maintaining a small footprint. Its balanced design prioritizes compatibility with memory modules and other motherboard components, and the fan speed rating of 2000 RPM provides increased airflow compared with lower-speed 90 mm fans. Installation is straightforward and the unit is suitable for systems that need reliable, quiet cooling under normal desktop use.

Suitable for

• Compact desktop builds with limited CPU cooler height clearance
• Office PCs and home workstations running everyday applications
• Light gaming and multimedia systems with moderate thermal load
• Upgrades from stock coolers for improved airflow on small sockets

Key specifications

• Fan size: 90 mm
• Maximum fan speed: 2000 RPM
• Cooling type: Air cooler with heatsink and fan
• Compatibility: Designed for common desktop CPU sockets and compact cases (check motherboard/socket compatibility before installation)
• Noise and airflow: Designed for moderate airflow at typical 90 mm fan noise levels

How to use

Prepare the motherboard and CPU by cleaning the CPU heatspreader and applying a thin, even layer of thermal paste. Align the cooler over the CPU socket according to the motherboard layout and secure it using the provided mounting hardware. Connect the fan cable to the CPU fan header on the motherboard to allow speed control. After installation, verify fan operation and monitor CPU temperatures during initial use to ensure proper contact and cooling performance.

Recommendations

Use this cooler in cases with limited height clearance and avoid blocking the airflow with large memory heatsinks. For sustained heavy workloads or overclocking, consider a larger tower cooler or an alternative with higher thermal capacity. Regularly clean the fan and heatsink fins to maintain optimal cooling efficiency.
