Crimptang EFB Elektronik EHT-010 til E-20070 og E-20091

Crimping Pliers EFB Elektronik EHT-010 for E-20070 and E-20091 are a hand-operated tool engineered to perform mechanical crimping of compatible contacts and terminals. Designed to be used together with the E-20070 and E-20091 devices, the EHT-010 provides consistent compression force and repeatable crimps for reliable electrical and mechanical connections. The compact, ergonomic body facilitates handling during workshop or field service tasks and supports routine maintenance where repeatable crimp quality is required.

Advantages

The crimping pliers deliver uniform crimping pressure across compatible terminals, reducing the likelihood of loose contacts and improving connection stability. Their compact construction and balanced weight distribution enable precise control during repetitive operations. Built to interface with E-20070 and E-20091 systems, these pliers simplify the crimping workflow by matching the mechanical requirements of those devices, resulting in reproducible results and reduced rework.

How to use

Position the compatible terminal and conductor into the appropriate crimping die or interface area according to the connector manufacturer's instructions. Align the terminal between the plier jaws and apply steady manual pressure until the crimp is completed and the plier jaws fully close. Inspect each crimp visually and, where appropriate, verify with mechanical pull or electrical continuity tests to ensure a secure connection. Use the pliers in combination with the E-20070 or E-20091 systems as specified by the connector or system documentation.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the plier jaws for wear or deformation and clean contact surfaces to maintain consistent crimp quality. Select terminals and conductor sizes that match the pliers' intended compatibility and follow connector manufacturer guidelines for crimp geometry and testing. Store the tool in a dry place and avoid excessive force beyond normal manual operation to preserve tool life.
