DELL W8R3C Netdel 750 W

The Dell W8R3C 750W power supply unit provides stable AC-to-DC conversion for compatible Dell PowerEdge servers. Engineered for enterprise environments, this 750-watt PSU supports continuous server operation under load and is intended to fit systems that accept the corresponding hot-swap or chassis-specific supply. The unit delivers regulated voltage rails and thermal management designed to maintain performance in rack and tower server configurations.

Advantages

This 750W power supply offers reliable power delivery with built-in thermal controls and protections against overcurrent and short-circuit conditions. Designed for compatibility with several PowerEdge models, it helps reduce downtime through consistent output and predictable behavior under varying workloads. The compact form factor and connector arrangement are tailored for easy replacement and serviceability in supported Dell servers.

Suitable for

• Replacing a failed or degraded PSU in compatible Dell PowerEdge T430 and T630 tower servers
• Maintaining redundant power configurations in rack servers such as PowerEdge R530, R630, R730 and R730xd
• Upgrading a server PSU within the same compatibility family to restore rated power capacity

Key specifications

• Total continuous output: 750 watts
• Form factor: server-specific hot-swap or chassis-mounted power supply
• Input: standard AC mains input compatible with enterprise server power requirements
• Protections: overcurrent, short-circuit and thermal protection mechanisms
• Cooling: integrated fan and thermal management for sustained operation
• Compatibility: designed for use in multiple Dell PowerEdge server models

How to use

Power down the server following the manufacturer's shutdown procedure and disconnect AC power before handling the unit. For hot-swap capable systems, observe server-specific instructions: release the PSU latch or handle, slide the existing module out, and insert the replacement until it seats and the retention engages. Reconnect AC power and verify that the server recognizes the unit and that power status indicators report normal operation. Follow on-screen or management-controller prompts if the system requires confirmation or firmware checks.

Recommendations

Install this PSU in supported Dell PowerEdge models only and maintain adequate airflow in the server chassis. Use in matched redundant pairs when the server configuration calls for redundant power supplies. Ensure the server firmware and management controller are up to date to maintain full compatibility and monitoring of power supply health.
