How to use

Select or create a user profile if needed, then step onto the platform barefoot and remain still until the measurement completes and the values appear on the LCD. For reliable body composition readings, follow the device guidance regarding hydration and posture and perform measurements at consistent times of day. Consult the manual for instructions on switching users and accessing stored measurements.

Recommendations

For the most consistent results, weigh yourself under similar conditions (e.g., morning, after using the bathroom, before eating) and avoid measurements immediately after intense exercise or heavy fluid intake. Clean the tempered glass platform with a soft, damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals. Use the memory function to track trends over time rather than focusing on single measurements.
