Disksliber DEDRA DED7767 bærbar sliber

The DEDRA DED7767 portable disc sander is designed for surface preparation and finishing tasks on wood, metal and composite materials. It delivers a steady performance through a 710 W AC motor and a 39 cm sanding disc, combining power and working area to remove material efficiently. The tool is fitted with a 5 m power cable for flexible positioning on the job site and has a compact, transportable form factor with a total weight of 5.1 kg. The black and blue housing provides clear visual identification and durable external protection.

Advantages

The sander provides a high-torque motor rated at 710 W that maintains consistent rotation under load for even material removal. Its large 39 cm disc reduces the number of passes required to cover broad surfaces, improving productivity for preparation and finishing. The 5 m cable increases mobility without the need to reposition power sources frequently. With a relatively low idle speed of 110 RPM it is suitable for controlled sanding operations that require less aggressiveness and more surface control. The unit’s weight and form factor balance stability during use with portability for transport between work locations.

Suitable for

• Sanding and smoothing wooden panels and boards
• Removing paint and coatings from flat surfaces
• Surface preparation before priming or painting
• Light metal deburring and edge blending
• Finishing composite panels and large flat workpieces

Key specifications

• Motor power: 710 W (AC)
• Maximum idle speed: 110 RPM
• Sanding disc diameter: 39 cm
• Cable length: 5 m
• Weight: 5.1 kg
• Housing colour: black and blue

How to use

Before use, attach the appropriate abrasive disc for the material and check that the disc is properly seated and secured. Connect the sander to a compatible AC outlet using the supplied 5 m cable. Hold the machine firmly with both hands and place the spinning disc on the workpiece at a shallow angle to avoid gouging; move the tool along the surface with steady, overlapping passes. Apply moderate pressure and allow the sander’s motor to do the cutting—excessive force can overheat the abrasive and shorten disc life. After finishing, switch off power and wait for the disc to stop completely before setting the tool down or changing the abrasive.

Recommendations

Use dust extraction or a suitable dust mask and protective eyewear when sanding. Select abrasive grit according to the task: coarser grits for rapid material removal and finer grits for smoothing and finishing. Ensure the workpiece is clamped or supported to prevent movement, and allow the tool to cool if used for extended periods to maintain consistent performance.
