DisplayPort-kabel Vision TC 2MDP 2 m hvid

The Vision TC 2MDP DisplayPort cable (2 m) features DisplayPort (male) connectors on both ends and is designed for transmitting high-definition video and audio between DisplayPort-enabled devices. The white cable complies with DP 1.2 and 4K standards and is suited for desktop monitors, laptops, projectors and other compatible devices requiring reliable digital video connections.

Advantages

The cable includes gold-plated connectors for improved contact and corrosion resistance, supports a 1 Mbps bidirectional auxiliary channel and hotplug functionality for easy connection and device detection. Its 28 AWG conductor thickness and 7.3 mm outer sheath diameter provide a balance between flexibility and signal integrity. Ferrite cores are included on the 5 m variant to reduce electromagnetic interference.

Suitable for

• Connecting monitors to desktop PCs and workstations
• Linking laptops with external displays or docking stations
• Connecting projectors for presentations
• Use in home office and professional AV setups that require DP 1.2 / 4K support

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 m
• Connector type: DisplayPort (male) to DisplayPort (male)
• Standard compliance: DisplayPort 1.2, 4K compatible
• Conductor thickness: 28 AWG
• Sheath outer diameter: 7.3 mm
• Connectors: Gold-plated
• Auxiliary channel: 1 Mbps bidirectional
• Hotplug support: Yes

How to use

Connect one DisplayPort (male) end to the DisplayPort output of your source device (computer, laptop, docking station) and the other end to the DisplayPort input on your monitor or projector. Ensure both devices are powered on; hotplug support allows the display and source to negotiate settings automatically. For optimal 4K performance, verify that both your source and display support DP 1.2 and set the correct resolution and refresh rate in the device display settings.

Recommendations

For stable high-resolution signals, avoid tightly bending the cable or placing it near strong electromagnetic sources. If using a longer run (5 m), choose the version with ferrite cores to reduce interference.
