• Finish: Smooth surface
• Color: Green

How to use

Insert A4 documents into the folder by sliding papers into the open side, ensuring edges align with the folder’s interior. For multiple documents, stack evenly to avoid bulging and close the folder by placing it flat in a drawer, shelf or carrying bag. Use the green color to group related materials or to mark a priority category within a filing system. If transporting, place the folder inside a protective envelope or portfolio to reduce exposure to moisture and bending.

Recommendations

For longer-term storage, keep the folder in a dry, temperature-stable environment to maintain cardboard integrity. Combine with complementary colored folders for systematic filing and label the outside edge for fast reference. Avoid overfilling beyond the folder’s capacity to preserve shape and protection.
