CA-Booster strengthening powder is a glass-fibre-reinforced synthetic polymer powder specially formulated for cyanoacrylate adhesive, for extreme bonding strength and stability.

Combining cyanoacrylate adhesive with this high-performance powder made from finely tuned high-performance polymers and glass-fibre bridges creates a highly stable bond with extreme adhesion, impact resistance and tensile strength.

The system is highly suitable for gaps, adhesive seams and material imperfections and, unlike conventional two-component adhesives, requires no precise mixing ratio.

After simple mixing in approximately equal parts, the gelling process begins after a few minutes, with the viscosity of the cyanoacrylate adhesive determining the working time.

The bond can be worked after approximately 24 hours, when it reaches its full strength.

CA-Booster is a glass-fibre-reinforced polymer powder formulated for use with cyanoacrylate adhesive. When mixed with cyanoacrylate adhesive, it produces an adhesive with a consistency known from 2-component resins.

The combination expands the range of applications and increases the adhesive's performance. The viscosity of the cyanoacrylate adhesive determines the working and curing time.

The mixture forms bonds with high adhesion, impact resistance and tensile strength, including across gaps, adhesive seams and material imperfections.

Unlike 2-component adhesives, no precise mixing ratio is required; the ratio affects the working time and consistency.

To use, put some cyanoacrylate adhesive in a mixing container and mix with approximately equal parts powder. A gelling process begins after a few minutes; promptly apply the gel to the clean, grease-free bonding area.

With low-viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive, the working time is approx. 5 minutes; it is longer with medium- and high-viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesive.

Can be worked after approx. 3–4 hours; full strength is reached after 24 hours.
