DSIT CAT6a Ethernet-patchkabel, U/UTP, 100 % kobber, 1 m, violet (DC-U6A8-010)

Slow, unreliable network connections can cripple productivity, whether you're transferring large files, streaming high-definition content, or running latency-sensitive applications. The DSIT CAT6a Ethernet Patch Cable eliminates bottlenecks with a pure copper core and 500 MHz bandwidth, delivering stable 10 Gigabit speeds over short distances. This 1-meter violet cable is the ideal choice for connecting devices in tight spaces—from patch panels to workstations—without excess clutter or signal loss.

Who is it for

This cable is built for IT professionals, gamers, and home users who demand maximum throughput and minimal interference. It's perfect for data centers, office networks, and high-performance home setups where every millisecond counts. If you're upgrading to 10GBASE-T or simply want a future-proof link for your NAS, router, or PC, this patch cable ensures your hardware runs at its full potential.

Main features

• CAT6a performance: Supports up to 10 Gbps data transfer rates and 500 MHz bandwidth, meeting TIA/EIA 568B standards.
• 100% copper conductors: 23 AWG stranded pure copper ensures superior conductivity, flexibility, and resistance to corrosion compared to copper-clad aluminum (CCA).
• U/UTP shielding: Unshielded twisted pair design reduces crosstalk and electromagnetic interference while remaining lightweight and easy to route.
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors: 50µm gold plating on both ends provides reliable contact and long-term durability, with snagless boots to protect the locking tabs.
• Violet jacket: PVC jacket offers flexibility and protection, with a distinctive color for easy identification in crowded racks.
• PoE support: Fully compatible with PoE, PoE+, and PoE++ (up to 90W), making it suitable for powering IP cameras, access points, and other devices.
• Backward compatible: Works seamlessly with CAT6, CAT5e, and CAT5 networks, so you can use it in existing installations.

Tips

For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends and keep the cable away from power lines. When connecting devices, ensure the connectors click firmly into place. This cable is ideal for patch panels, wall outlets, and direct device-to-device links. If you need longer runs, consider using multiple cables with a coupler or a switch, but note that total length should not exceed 100 meters for CAT6a standards.
