DS-IT CAT6 FTP 48-port 19 inch 2U skærmet patchpanel, sort

Unlike standard unshielded panels, the DSIT DS-Patch6-48FTP delivers true FTP shielding across all 48 ports, ensuring superior protection against electromagnetic interference in dense rack environments. This 19-inch, 2U patch panel is engineered for high-density CAT6 installations where signal integrity and reliability are non-negotiable. Its robust steel housing and integrated grounding terminal make it an ideal choice for data centers, server rooms, and enterprise networks.

Highlights

• 48 RJ45 ports with LSA+ (Krone) IDC rear termination for fast, tool-free punch-down
• FTP shielding with integrated grounding wire for optimal EMI/RFI rejection
• Supports TIA/EIA 568A/B wiring standards with clear color-coded labeling
• Durable steel construction with black finish, rated for over 750 insertion cycles
• Compliant with ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173, and RoHS directives

In daily use

Installation is straightforward: mount the panel in a standard 19-inch rack, terminate cables on the rear LSA+ blocks, and connect patch cords on the front. The panel accommodates both solid and stranded conductors from AWG 22 to 26, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of cabling. The integrated grounding point allows quick connection to the rack's earth, maintaining shield continuity. With a transmission performance up to 250 MHz, it fully supports Gigabit Ethernet and beyond.
