Equip Cat.6A S/FTP patchkabel, RJ45, 20 m, farve: lilla, LSZH (606810)

The Equip Cat.6A S/FTP Patch Cable in purple is a 20 m network cable with RJ-45 connectors and gold-plated contacts. Designed for 10GBase-T applications, the cable provides up to 10000 Mbit/s data transfer and uses S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and crosstalk in demanding network environments.

Advantages

This Cat.6A patch cord combines high bandwidth capacity with improved signal-to-noise margin, offering reliable transmission for high-speed Ethernet. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure stable contact and corrosion resistance. The S/FTP construction gives effective protection against external interference and pair-to-pair crosstalk, supporting consistent performance in server rooms, data centers and structured cabling installations.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T networks
• Server rooms and data centers
• High-bandwidth workstations and switches
• Structured cabling and patch panels

Key specifications

• Cable length: 20 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Cabling technology: 10GBase-T (Cat.6A)
• Maximum data rate: up to 10000 Mbit/s
• Shielding: S/FTP
• Colour: Purple
• Weight: 0.626 kg

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 connector to the network device or switch port and the other RJ-45 connector to the destination device or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and the cable is routed without tight bends to maintain signal integrity. Use appropriate cable management to avoid tension and reduce electromagnetic exposure.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable in parallel with power lines and secure it with cable ties or organizers to prevent excessive bending. Inspect connectors for debris before installation and replace the cable if physical damage is observed.
