How to use

Place documents inside the folder so that sheets align with the inner height and do not extend beyond the top edge. Position the folder on the filing cabinet or box rails by hooking both ends of the hanger over the suspension rails; ensure it hangs evenly to prevent slippage. For efficient retrieval, use tabbed dividers or labels inserted at the top edge, and avoid overfilling to maintain hanger integrity and allow smooth movement across rails.

Recommendations

Store the hanging folder in a dry environment to preserve cardboard strength. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and excessive humidity. When filing heavy or bulky documents, distribute weight across multiple folders or use a reinforced or plastic-reinforced variant to extend lifespan.
