How to use

Place A4 documents onto the wire metal bar and slide the file onto lateral suspension rails in your filing cabinet. Use the push-button linking system to join multiple files side by side, and insert exchangeable labels into the label holder to indicate contents. The extended 30 mm base increases capacity for thicker document sets.

Recommendations

For long-term storage, avoid overfilling beyond the 30 mm base capacity and ensure files are properly seated on suspension rails. Replace labels as needed to maintain clear identification. The recycled card construction is suitable for normal office use; protect from prolonged moisture exposure.
