Etiketprinter TSC TC200

The TSC TC200 is a compact desktop thermal label printer that supports direct thermal and thermal transfer printing. It produces labels, tags and receipts up to 4 inches (112 mm) wide with a maximum resolution of 203 x 203 DPI and a top print speed of 152 mm/s (approximately 6 ips). Designed for dependable daily use, the TC200 offers wired Ethernet connectivity and accepts thermal transfer ribbons up to 110 m on 0.5" notched cores; media rolls up to 5" diameter can be loaded on 1" or 1.5" cores using a center-biased, spring-loaded roll holder.

Advantages

The TC200 combines a small footprint with reliable mechanical design to deliver consistent label output at high speed for desktop applications. Its support for both direct thermal and thermal transfer methods gives flexibility for short- and long-term labeling. Media and ribbon loading are straightforward, while built-in Ethernet and USB interfaces enable integration into POS and networked labeling environments. The printer’s 112 mm maximum print width and 203 x 203 DPI resolution provide clear, legible barcodes and text for typical retail, office and warehouse tasks.

Suitable for

• Retail price and shelf labeling

How to use

Place the printer on a stable surface and connect it to power and your network or host device via Ethernet or USB. Open the media cabinet and load label roll onto the center-biased, spring-loaded holder; thread the media across the platen and close the cover. For thermal transfer printing, install a 0.5" notched-core ribbon up to 110 m in length following the ribbon path. Configure print width, resolution and speed from the printer driver or front-end application, then send print jobs from your POS, inventory or label-design software.

Recommendations

Use direct thermal media for short-life labels and thermal transfer with appropriate ribbons for durable, long-lasting labels. Regularly clean the printhead and platen to maintain print quality and replace ribbons and media with compatible sizes (ribbon cores 0.5"; label rolls up to 5" diameter on 1" or 1.5" cores).
