EXERTIS CONNECT Cat6 S/FTP PiMF patchkabel, 5 m, sort 856888

Connect your network devices with this 5-meter Cat6 patch cable, ideal for office workstations, server rooms, or home networking setups where reliable gigabit speeds and protection against interference are needed.

Key specifications

• Category 6 performance with S/FTP shielding (overall braid + foil per pair) and PiMF (pairs in metal foil) for excellent EMI resistance.
• Length: 5 meters, color: black, with slim bend protection for easy routing in tight spaces.
• RJ45 male to RJ45 male connectors with gold-plated contacts for corrosion resistance and consistent connectivity.
• Supports bandwidth up to 250 MHz and data rates up to 1 Gbps (Gigabit Ethernet), backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5.
• Stranded copper conductors, 26 AWG, PVC jacket, 4 pairs, TIA/EIA 568B wiring, PoE support.

Why choose it

The S/FTP construction with PiMF shielding minimizes crosstalk and external interference, ensuring stable performance even in electrically noisy environments. The slim bend protection allows the cable to fit in high-density patch panels without sacrificing durability.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting computers, printers, and IP phones to network switches.
• Structured cabling in offices and data centers where shielded cable is required.
• Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications such as IP cameras and wireless access points.

Good to know

This cable is halogen-free: no. It is designed for indoor use. The stranded conductors provide flexibility for frequent moves and changes.
