F-tvinge BESSEY EZM15-6

The BESSEY EZM15-6 is a one-handed F-clamp with a 150 mm clamping width designed for reliable, everyday use in woodworking and DIY projects. Constructed from high-quality plastic components and hardened steel rails, the clamp combines a compact size and light weight (310 g) with durable materials to provide secure fastening and straightforward operation.

Advantages

The clamp offers versatile application options across four sizes with clamping widths from 110 to 900 mm and clamping forces from 200 N to 2,700 N; a cross prism is integrated into the plastic protective caps to secure round, pointed and angular workpieces; the top section can be converted from clamping to spreading on selected sizes (EZM, EZL and EZXL) and a tool-free release mechanism allows quick single-hand operation. Ergonomic features include a two-component plastic handle and a pump lever located behind the rail for access from both directions, plus a release handle integrated into the grip for fast sliding-bar adjustment. Robust materials such as fibreglass-reinforced polyamide for housing and hardened, tempered, burnished steel for the profiled rails increase longevity and protect the mechanism from dust and chips.

Suitable for

• Woodworking assembly and gluing tasks
• Small to medium DIY clamping operations
• Holding round, pointed or angular workpieces during fastening
• Tasks requiring one-handed clamping and quick adjustments

How to use

Position the fixed jaw and slide the movable jaw along the profiled rail until the workpiece is lightly held. Use the pump lever in the two-component handle to increase clamping pressure until the part is secured. To release or reposition, press the integrated release handle in the grip to unlock the sliding bar and move the jaw to the new position. For EZM, EZL and EZXL sizes, convert the top section as required to switch between clamping and spreading functions following the manufacturer's guidance.

Recommendations

Use the clamp on clean contact surfaces and avoid excessive force beyond the specified clamping force range. Keep the plastic housing and sliding mechanism free of heavy dust and chips to maintain smooth operation and prolong service life.
