After installation, feed your pre-printed multi-part slips or continuous forms into the printer and adjust any alignment settings if required. Replace the ribbon when print density becomes faint or characters lose definition.

Recommendations

Store the ribbon in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve ribbon ink quality. For best results on multi-part forms, verify printer alignment and tab settings before a production run, and carry a spare ribbon to avoid downtime.
