Fiber-duplexkabel LC/LC InLine 88522 50/125µm OM2 5 m

InLine Fiber Optical Duplex Cable LC/LC 88522 (50/125µm OM2, 5 m) provides a duplex multimode fiber connection for high-speed data transmission. With a 50 µm core and OM2 classification, the cable is intended for reliable short- to medium-distance networking links and supports LC connector interfaces on both ends for standardized equipment compatibility.

Advantages

The duplex design enables simultaneous transmit and receive channels for full-duplex communication. OM2 multimode fiber with 50/125 µm core offers stable signal transmission for common LAN and data-center patching needs. LC/LC terminations ensure compact connectors and wide equipment interoperability. The 5 m length balances flexibility and minimal signal attenuation for rack-to-rack or shelf connections.

Suitable for

• LAN fiber patch panels and switches
• Data center short-run connections
• Server-to-switch links and storage networking
• Telecommunication cabinets and fiber patching

How to use

Route the cable between LC-compatible ports, ensuring connector orientation matches the equipment ports. Insert LC connectors until they click into place. For duplex operation, maintain correct pairing of transmit and receive fibres according to the devices' port labeling. Avoid sharp bends and secure the cable to prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

Use the cable for short- to medium-distance multimode links within racks or between adjacent racks. Keep bend radius above the manufacturer’s minimum and use dust caps when connectors are not in use to preserve optical performance.
