Flightcase Roadinger 30110004 krydsfiner sort 33,2 kg

The Roadinger flight case model described is a heavy-duty transport case constructed from plywood with a black finish, designed to protect and carry professional equipment. Weighing 33.2 kg, the case combines a rigid wooden shell with protective hardware to secure contents during storage and transport. Its design targets users who need a reliable protective enclosure for instruments, audio equipment, lighting fixtures, or other sensitive items commonly used in music, event production and touring.

Advantages

The plywood construction provides a strong, impact-resistant outer shell that absorbs shocks better than thinner materials while remaining serviceable for long-term use. The black surface finish offers a uniform, professional appearance suitable for stage and backstage environments. Built-in protective hardware and reinforced edges reduce the risk of damage to both the case and its contents during handling and transit. The case’s weight reflects robust construction and materials chosen to prioritize protection.

How to use

Place equipment inside the case on suitably sized internal padding or mounting fixtures to prevent movement. Close and fasten the hardware securely before lifting or moving the case. For transport, use proper lifting technique or handling equipment to manage the case’s weight and avoid damage to the case or strain to personnel. When storing, keep the case in a dry, ventilated area to prevent moisture-related deterioration of the plywood.

Recommendations

Inspect the case regularly for loose hardware, damaged edges, or compromised seals and repair or replace components as needed. Use internal foam inserts, racks, or straps sized to your equipment to reduce internal movement and additional shock. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme humidity or water to maintain plywood integrity.
