How to use

Place cleaned and evenly sliced products on the transparent trays without overlapping to ensure uniform drying. Adjust the tray heights according to the size of the items and set the desired hot air flow level. Switch the unit on and monitor progress through the transparent trays; drying time will vary depending on product type, thickness and chosen airflow level.

Recommendations

For best results, cut ingredients to uniform thickness, avoid overcrowding trays, and rotate trays if necessary for even drying. Store fully cooled dried products in airtight containers to preserve flavor and extend shelf life.
