Hama 00200730 lydkabel 1,5 m RCA USB sort

The Hama audio cable 1.5 m RCA USB Black 00200730 is a 1.5 metre connection lead with a male RCA plug at one end and a USB connector at the other. Designed for linking compatible audio equipment, this cable facilitates analogue-to-digital or device-to-device connections where a USB input or output and RCA audio are required. The black jacket provides a neutral appearance that integrates with most home and professional AV setups.

Advantages

This cable offers a straightforward, single-cable solution for connecting devices with RCA and USB interfaces without the need for additional adapters. The 1.5 m length balances reach and signal stability for typical desktop, shelf or cabinet arrangements. The cable’s connectors are designed for a secure fit to minimise accidental disconnection and to maintain consistent sound transmission quality.

How to use

Connect the male RCA plug to the RCA output of the source device (left/right audio jack as applicable) and insert the USB connector into the USB audio input of the destination device. Ensure both devices are powered and that any required input/output settings or drivers on the receiving device are configured to accept audio over the USB interface. Avoid bending the cable sharply near the connectors to preserve connection integrity.

Recommendations

Verify device compatibility before use: some USB ports expect digital audio devices and may not accept analogue RCA signals without an intermediate converter. For critical listening or long runs, consider using devices with matched input/output specifications or an active converter to maintain optimal audio quality.
