Hama 00205093 lydkabel 5 m 2 x cinch sort

The Hama 00205093 5m audio cable with 2 x RCA connectors provides a reliable wired connection for analogue stereo audio signals between components. With a five-metre length and black finish, this lead is intended for linking devices such as amplifiers, receivers, CD players, turntables and televisions to speakers or other audio inputs where unbalanced RCA connections are used. The cable's construction is designed to maintain clear left and right channel transmission over a longer distance without excessive signal degradation.

Advantages

This 2 x RCA audio cable offers straightforward plug-and-play connectivity, a length suitable for flexible equipment placement, and a classic black outer jacket that integrates discreetly into most home AV setups. The matched pair of RCA plugs on each end ensures correct stereo channel alignment, and the cable's build provides mechanical durability for regular connecting and repositioning of devices.

How to use

Insert each pair of RCA plugs into the corresponding left (white or black) and right (red) jacks on your source and destination devices, ensuring firm seating to avoid intermittent connections. Route the 5 m cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it separated from mains power cables where possible to reduce potential interference. For best results, power down devices before connecting or disconnecting cables.

Recommendations

Use this RCA cable for short to medium analogue runs in domestic audio systems; when connecting sensitive equipment or when long cable runs are necessary, consider balanced connections or devices with dedicated outputs to minimise noise. Store the cable coiled without tight kinks and avoid excessive pulling on the connectors to prolong service life.
