HAZET Assistent 166C metal plast

The HAZET Assistent 166C Metal Plastic is a compact support and transport aid combining metal strength with molded plastic components. It is engineered to carry loads up to 300 kg while maintaining a footprint of 398 mm width, 725 mm depth and a total height of 1102 mm. The unit’s black and blue finish is designed for workshop and garage environments where durability and appearance are both relevant.

Advantages

The mixed metal and plastic construction balances load-bearing capacity with resistance to corrosion and wear. A maximum weight capacity of 300 kg provides reliable support for heavy parts and assemblies. Its moderate dimensions make it suitable for use in confined areas while still offering stable contact points. The black and blue surface treatment facilitates visibility of the unit and resists dirt buildup.

Suitable for

• Supporting and moving heavy engine components and assemblies
• Temporary work positioning in maintenance and repair tasks
• Use as an aid during vehicle servicing in workshops and garages
• Storing or staging parts during assembly or disassembly operations

How to use

Place the HAZET Assistent 166C on a level, stable surface and ensure any locking or stabilizing features are engaged before applying a load. Center the load on the support points and avoid placing off-center or unbalanced weights that could cause tipping. For transport or repositioning, lift using appropriate handholds or use mechanical assistance if the load exceeds safe manual handling limits. Inspect the unit visually for damage before each use and do not exceed the specified maximum load.

Recommendations

Use the HAZET Assistent 166C in environments free of excessive moisture and corrosive chemicals. Regularly clean contact surfaces and check fastenings to maintain safe operation. When storing the unit, keep it indoors or under cover to prolong component life.
