Patchpanel 1U S/CONN 75066-1

The helos Patch Panel 1U S/CONN 75066-1 is a 1U metal patch panel designed for organised cable termination and management in server racks and network cabinets. Finished in black, the unit provides 24 ports on a single rack unit, offering a compact solution for consolidating horizontal copper or compatible cabling. The panel's metal construction supports stable mounting and helps maintain tidy cable runs while contributing to unobstructed airflow within the rack.

Advantages

This 1U patch panel delivers a dense 24-port layout in a slim rack profile, reducing space requirements and simplifying patching work. The durable metal housing ensures mechanical strength and reliable rack mounting. The black finish provides a neutral appearance that integrates with most rack environments. Front access to ports makes connection and reconfiguration straightforward, helping to keep cable pathways organised and accessible.

Suitable for

• Horizontal cable termination in server racks and network cabinets
• Small to medium enterprise network patching panels
• Structured cabling installations requiring a 1U, 24‑port termination point
• Environments where space-saving rack equipment and improved airflow are needed

Key specifications

• Rack height: 1U
• Number of ports: 24
• Material: metal housing for mechanical stability
• Colour: black finish
• Mounting: standard 19-inch rack compatible

How to use

Install the patch panel in a standard 19-inch rack occupying one rack unit. Terminate the appropriate cable pairs to the rear termination points according to the wiring standard in use, then route patch cords to the front ports for device connections. Ensure cables are supported with appropriate cable management accessories to prevent strain on terminations and to maintain clear airflow. Label ports as needed to reflect the network topology and simplify future maintenance.

Recommendations

Use industry-standard wiring schemes when terminating cables and combine the patch panel with cable organizers and horizontal managers to preserve port accessibility and airflow. Regularly verify terminations for secure connections and avoid overloading the panel with excessive cable bundles to maintain performance and serviceability.
